Overview
Hey Bible is a Bible verse lookup and favoriting tool. Bible verses can be used to create beautiful generative art based on specific quotes, allowing users to visualize and share their favorite scriptures in unique ways.
The Challenge
There are a lot of things to consider when creating an app and releasing it to the app store. In order to learn those skills it's important to go through the entire process multiple times. The Hey Bible app is the first app released by Working Dev's Hero LLC and paved the way for many to come.
Our Solution
A hybrid-mobile app built with Angular, Ionic, and Capacitor. The Hey Bible app leverages Supabase for its backend which is built to scale, and offers authentication via social providers.
The app leverages several AI Image Generator APIs which allows users to effortlessly generate beautiful representations of their favorite verses and share them directly to social media.
The app was created using the Cursor IDE and leveraged a variety of AI models including Claude Sonnet, Grok Code Fast, Gemini Pro, and Claude Opus.
